When should I arrive?
We recommend booking your flight for arrival in Nashville by 4pm on Wednesday May 7th. The Welcome Reception will begin on this day at 6pm.
When should I depart?
The Summit will end at 4:30pm on Thursday, May 8th. We recommend scheduling flights that depart after 6:30pm on Thursday, May 8th anytime on Friday, May 9th. There is no programming on Friday.
How do I make hotel reservations?
Hotel reservations must be made separately. Our discounted hotel block has now closed, please reach out directly to The Joseph Hotel for additional availability.
I am driving to the event, is there parking at the hotel?
Yes! The Joseph has onsite valet parking at $65 per night plus applicable taxes.
Is ground transportation provided to/from the airport?
We will not be providing airport transportation. We recommed grabbing an Uber, Lyft or taxi.
What should I pack/wear?
I think we will be ready for some warmer Spring weather.
The dress code is smart casual. Smart casual attire is defined as presentable and neat. Blazer is preferred, but not required. Dark, well-fitting, dress denim is allowed.
We will try to keep the meeting rooms at a comfortable temperature but recommend bringing a light sweater or jacket in case you get cold.
For the Welcome Reception, we encourage Nashville chic which blends country roots with modern style. Cowboy boots, denim, skirts or dresses are appropriate.
What's the weather forecast?
Nashville usually has comfortable temperatures in May, averaging between 69 - 80 degress. The nights can still get chilly and we recommend bringing a light jacket.
